No Shrimpy Shrimp here !!. I love this place !! I usually order carry-out and it's ready so fast I feel like they knew I was coming. I usually order any entree with shrimp because they have the large, succulent shrimp that are so good !! The food is always piping hot even after I spend 15 minutes driving home to Mesa. The Happy Platter is a perfect appetizer for two people to share and the lunch specials can't be beat !! It's a lot of food for $5.25 !!  View Less View More

Bad experience , not going to order again. I will not order from here. They must have this machine line mentatilty here. Heck my order was placed at 1:30 in the afternoon, so there would not be a big rush.

1) Food was packed poorly. I ordered two lunch entrees and one spilled in the other

2)The crab puffs were burnt, They told me I had to drive to get the crab puff exchanged. Why would they turn out bad food? Could they not see that it was burned?

3) To make matters worst the egg roll tasted so awful.

4) They can' t follow directions or use mapquest.  View Less

worst chinese "food" I have ever consumed. I have not idea how this place is still open. I can handle it when food smells bad, but when it tastes bad, I can't take it. I do not know what the deal it - but even the the vegetables are gross. The beef and chicken are inedible.

I am not exaggerating, the worst take out I have ever eaten.  View Less

Great food and great price. I have been coming to Pong Pong for at least 5 to 6 years and I have never been disappointed. The food is great and always fresh, there is barely any wait time if you go to eat there or just pick it up, and the price is better than anywhere else in Phoenix. You get so much food that it will definitely fill you up and most people probably wouldn't be able to finish it all. Delivery time also isn't that bad because when they aren't really busy I can get my food in about 20 or 30 minutes. If they are busy it can take longer but still faster than most places. I love the Lo Mein, Pong Pong chicken, mongolian combo, chef chicken, and the chicken with mushrooms. Oh, I love a lot of different things there. I'm definitely a regular. This is one of the best kept secrets that I have found since moving to Phoenix.  View Less View More

Best Chinese Food By Far. This is the best Chinese food in the Valley. My friends and I eat at Pong Pong every week. Delivery time is usually 30-45 minutes. Like all restaurants, delivery is slower when it's busy. The food is always fresh and the best quality. I know friends who drive miles out of their way for the Chinese food because they are out of the delivery area! Most dishes are white meat and they are very flexible with substitutions. Highly recommended!  View Less View More
