Best pool hall in the state> New Times Magazine. It’s very conveniently located, fairly close to ASU. You won’t find better customer service with the quality of this pool hall anywhere else. Kolbys is ALWAYS a clean environment and I have to say this is one of the many high points for me. The atmosphere is really casual and the employee's are very friendly. Not to mention the employees all secretly went to chef school, because there food especially their tacos are to die for! There’s always a hand full of regulars hanging around that will teach you a thing or two about pool. I love all the TV's everywhere, definitely a great place to catch a game. great deal and enviroment. this place is almost hiden away off the tempe asu campus just east of the busy mill ave clubs and restruants.. this place brings a nice light to pool halls .. almost never a line to get a table but usualy still busy enough on weekends to have a good time ... the well lit fun atmosphere is not like the other dive pool halls in tempe and un like mill ave cue club u have room to walk around and this place is also mostly all ages not 21+ .. it has a good bar nothing special but makes up with above average food ... for a bar that is ... the service is great and usualy up for makeing friends with whomever comes in ... ... good for people just looking to have a good time or also good for real pool players looking for a challenge it holds regular tournaments and has good well maintaned tables ... also price wont brake ur wallet ...defintly worhte the visit and you will prob come back View Less …
