I sent an email to Gloria, the owner of this company, about the Insurance Agent position posted on her website. I had several questions about the position and she said she would follow up and get answers for me but I never heard back from her. I emailed her two more times over the course of a few weeks asking whether she was going to follow up on the position for me and still no response. I believe I've been snubbed, I have no idea why. I was genuinely interested in the position and if Gloria can't help she needs to say so. Bottom line; Her site says she's a "Professional" but she hasn't earned that title in my estimation. If you decide to use this site/service and you manage to get Gloria's assistance obviously you're much better than I. Good luck to you.
Pros: None, not enough contact to determine pros.
Cons: Lack of follow through. Promises not kept.

She was very professional and quick to finish my resume. I would highly recommend this service. I would use this company again.
