I called on Friday 2/8/08 to order pizza for my place of employment and was hung up on twice, what poor customer service, this isn't the first time last time we waited for an hour and a half for our pizza to get here.

I ordered a pizza on 6 oclock on a friday night. I was told it would take an hour. An hour and a half later I called when the pizza had not arrived, I was advised that it was on the way, about 5 minutes later they called and said the driver got lost and they would make another pizza and it would be there in 20 minutes tops and the manager would deliver. 35 minutes later it finally arrived, I advised that since the pizza took over 2 hours I would like it free, the delivery driver (supposed to be the manger) said they told me half off. It took over 2 hours to get a pizza from a place 4 miles away and I was lied to about the manager delivering it. I was so mad I couldnt even eat the pizza. Mistakes happen and I understand that, but the way this was handled was unnacceptable. I will never order from gus' again.
