Gus's New York Pizza. I honestly can't get enough. I my first time, I honestly only went there because I saw their lunch special (pizza and a 16 oz drink for $1.99) I figured it was a good deal and I was starving. The people there were nice and I got my slice in 2 minutes (so far so good.) I finally sit down to eat, and my-oh-my, I fell in LOVE!

The next day, I'd been thinking about it and went again. I was scared that it had only tasted real good only because I'd been starving the day before. Nope! It was just as DELICIOUS!!! I honestly go there at least 3 times a week. They are now like my own personal lil chefs. When I leave that place I always say "Thanks, see you tomorrow," and I mean it :)

Don't do it, man!. So I have known of this places existence for a good year or so, and I have only used them strictly when I'm either too drunk to drive, or way to late to get anything else, and there is nothing at the house.

The pizza is totally lousy. The toppings are decent, but the cheese and crust are terrible! The time it takes for them to deliver is out of this question long for the time of night.

Great for if you're stoned/drunk off your ass, otherwise, avoid this at all costs!

They've Got It Right!. Two months ago the management at this place was downright rude and didn't care about the customer. Looks like they finally got what was coming because its now under new management, and all I can say is WOW! What a big change!! Food tastes great, my delivery was actually early, and placing the order was a snap! The new manager mentioned to me that they just started a major renovation project and getting things back into shape after the previous manager ran it down. Good for Gus's!! I'm going back, back, back!! :-)

Ok food, HORRIBLE service!!. The last few times I've ordered from this place they have over charged and screwed my order up. I've ordered a sub and they've brought me a pizza! Whenever I've called to order the person taking the order barley understands english, you have to tell them 10 times, then they still do it wrong. The last time I ordered they overcharged me 7 dollars and when I asked for the receipt the delivery guy said he didn't have one, ha. Gus' has the worst customer service ever, don't order from here unless your drunk or starving!

Wrong Onling Pricing, Too Expensive, Poor Customer Service. I ordered their online special for 2 pizzas for $10.99 and added wings for $4.99. They told me there was a $6 delivery charge. I live 4 miles south in Tempe. Fine, I agreed. Then they quoted $23something. My bill at the door was for $37.23 after almost 2 hours and 4 phone calls, once being hung up on for calling before. The pizza was cold and I only got 7 wings. When I called back they hung up on me. My roommate called and faked a British accent asking for a refund and they charged my card the original amount and refunded the charged amount two weeks later. DO NOT ORDER OVER THE PHONE!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! DONT ORDER HERE. advertisement says 10.99 for 2 large pizzas and 4.99 for 10 wings.. we ordered came out to 25.45 is that right???? no called talk to manager...not even a partial refund given. Upon placing the order the clerk knew of the the dilemma but still ran credit card for the larger amount.... be careful when ordering... and pizza was 1 1/2 hrs late... I just think during this time its hard enough and for this company to advertise like they do and take advantage of people who are willing to help support their business is wrong. This was the first time I have ever purchased from them and this will be the last.
