Completely Offended. I'm a local dentist in the area and a member of good standing in the community. I pride myself by having very high moral and ethical standards. Genie Car Wash has been obviously staining my carpet in the back of my vehicle in order to have my carpets cleaned. I live here alone and nobody occupies my backseat. I brought this to their attention out of good nature and was accused of trying to get a free carpet cleaning for something that they did. I asked the manager to rectify the problem and he told me that they are not responsible. I do not nickle and dime anyone, I have no problem paying for any service. But, I don't like to be lied to and taken advantage of. The owners of Genie Car Wash should be ashamed of themselves. Their business practices are an embarrassment to small business ownership. Unless you want to get taken advantage of, I highly recommend not getting your vehicle serviced at this location.…
Nice place. I stopped in today for a quick wash. It was just that, quick. My Tundra looks great, it was fast, and the price was more then reasonable. Give credit where credit is due my Daddy always said.
DO NOT GO HERE.
I took my car here for a wash, and decided to have an oil change done. The mechanic brought out two air filters and said they were dirty and needed replacement. I initially told him it was Ok to
replace the filters, then changed my mind and let them know, and did not have the air filters replaced.
Shortly thereafter, while driving my car, the car died. To make a long story short, I had to have the car towed to an auto repair facility. They diagnosed my problem stating the intake tube to the air cleaner or conditioner was off. It was a simple fix, and I was not charged for this. However, I have a big towing bill, and the inconvenience of missing an appointment and not having a car for a day.
I called the car wash facility and spoke with the manager, who heard my complaint, and then directed me to the head mechanic. He said he did not know how this could happen. He offered no remedy or compensation of any sort. I will not go to this facility again, and I would definitely not recommend having your oil changed here.…

I have to say, I had my car washed there yesterday. Im not the type to normally write a review, but after looking online, seems that only people with negative things do. I was greeted my a man
named Lou. He took care of everything for me. After all was said and done my car looked AMAZING! Went back to where I payed my bill, asked to speak to the manager. The sweat lady took me to the owner instead. I was shocked to find that it was Lou, working on one of the coldest days of the year here. They weren't understaffed, he just "Likes to be out with my guys, down in the trenches, taking care of everyone. This is a customer service business, how can I serve if I sit in my office all day?"
Well hats off to you Lou! You have a customer for life who will refer everyone he ever meets there that wants a wash or oil change!…
