We had a good car buying experience at Power Ford on E. Frank Lloyd Wright. Tim, our salesperson, was very helpful. We gave him the big run around with lots of questions, expressed doubt, came back and forth 4 times, emailed, etc., and he stayed with us and answered all of our questions every time. We finally purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer and feel we were treated very fairly. We normally hate the car buying experience but this has been our best. Everyone was friendly, very helpful and we went away satisfied, well-informed customers.…
This Dealership is a Bait & Switch Dealer. Wanted to buy a Ford Ranger. Call Bruce Mortensen the Internet Salesman. Was told what I wanted was in stock. Drove 2 hours from Chino Valley to find out he lied. Then was told by salesman Barret he would have the truck I wanted brought over from another dealer and I could see it on Saturday. Drove another 2 hours. Called Bruce before I left and ask him to call me back if truck was not there. No call back. Get there no truck. All Managers wanted to do was argue. If I would buy the truck sight unseen they would go get it from other dealer. This business lies. Be careful if you do business there.…
Escape to Power Ford. Power Ford is the place to go. I have several dealerships that would be closer for me to bring my Escape to but I wouldn't go anywhere else. Greg in the service department is a straight shooter, no lies and very knowledgeable i've dealt with a couple of the other guys and they were to. They're are a busy location but always seem to have my vehicle ready when promised. I went to another dealer and " my car was falling apart" went to Power Ford and just as I suspected it was perfectly fine, the other dealer had $ signs in their eyes, and now Power has a customer for life!! I escaped to Power Ford and I'm so glad I did.…
Great service!. My Ford Truck needed a part fixed and it was on a sunday so most dealerships were not open. Thankfully, Power Ford was open and the fixed my car in a short period of time. Wonderful experience.
shady. I purchased a used Ford Ranger mid June 2011 and paid cash. No one ever mentioned anything about running my credit report, nor did I sign anything authorizing it, but it was run. All the staff were nice when buying, but when I tried to call in after the sale about the credit report, nobody would have any part of it. Several people never returned calls. A couple people passed the buck. A couple people told me false information about having to do it for Homeland Security. They didn't know what they were talking about. I finally got to someone who knew the rules, but even though they had nothing with my signature he still said there was nothing he could do. This is an important element. All staff members should KNOW what the process is, and anytime a report is run they should MAKE SURE they talk to the customer beforehand. I had to write the credit agency requesting to have it removed. I'm also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and writing to their highest ranked employ…
