As always, great service! Eddie always takes the time to take care of his customers! While I was there this time the parts department was very helpful helping me pick out gifts for my son's Toyota truck. Other Toyota service folks helped me with understanding which tires to purchase! Ryan Foley was very nice and explained that a cab company was interested in buying used Priuses and they would give me a very good deal for my car. When I saw what they offered, I realized that I would never get more in trade for that car, so I looked at new cars and found one I liked.
while doing the oil change the tech. discovered that the right front wheel was bent. tech recommended and ordered a new rim and cap. it was installed. everything is ok now. thank you

Prior to meeting Gerry my excitement for going to a car dealership was equal to the excitement of seeing a dentist for major oral surgey. Gerry made the purchase of my new Tacoma change my mind completely about what customer service is. Gerry heled me to decide upon just the right vehicle and then made sure that i would have the best possible financing and warranty agreement Toyota offers. Gerry even went so far as personally installing the floor mats in the truck and assisting me in returning the vehicle i had borrowed to drive to the dealer.
just a note re the ? above i came to the dealership to get the free 3 gifts i had won. wasn't even looking to buy a vehicle. Jose was so patient in explaining all my possible options. i appreciated it very much. i felt very comfortable. i know it is about sales. but for some people it about telling a person all the options and explaining it to where one really understands what it's all about. i learned a lot from Jose things i didn't know. Way to go Jose. and to Jason the finance mgr. a learned a lot from him too. he explain all i needed to know about the whole financial things. way to go Jason. And i meet 3 other guys sorry i don't remember there names. all very nice. thank you all for the excellent experience.
Isaac was awesome, but his manager was trying to rip me off on the price by selling the car to me at MSRP value when it is well not worth that, it is only worth 17.5k and he tried for 19.5k i brought him down to 19.3k and i insisted for a lower price, he then hassled me to drop my 0% financing and put it at .9% if i wanted the car for 17.5k. Bad business.... Was ripped off an easy $2000... something needs to be done to reimburse me....
I was treated with respect and a willingness to address my concerns and resolve any issues I had.
As much as I hate shopping for a new car I am very please to report that Moussa Haddad made the purchase of my new Prius very relaxed and easy. There was no high pressure or silly back and forth games. I knew what I wanted and we were able to make the deal. It was a pleasure working with Moussa and everyone we dealt with at Right.Thanks-maybe I won't get hives nest time I'm in the market for a new car!
