More than satisfied with Tim' greeting and waiting at cashier desk to thank me and introduce her. Waiting area neat and clean as was men's room. I appreciate extra service performed with oil change and tire rotation. Overall I am pleased with every experience at Right Honda.
Excellent as usual. Will be back next year. Nearing 100k, will need tune up. Thanks
The sale man was very helpful and polite. Gustone really worked with me and provided information to help me make a good purchase. He made the whole process easy and hassle free.
They started out with $9500 down and we ended up with nothing down - how does that happen? We dont like those sales tactics. That was with Chris. Our experience with Peter was great, as it was with Ed, the finance guy
Excellent! Gaston and Ed were great! They really took the time to help me pick the best car with an amazing deal! I love my new Accord! I've already gotten many compliments on it and even my brother came in to buy a Honda too!
excellent! Andrew responds to my problems with a very timely and efficient manner. He is one of the main reasons why I keep my honda.
The sales person was not pushy and zoned in on what I was looking for, and found it the first visit. The sales advisor was supportive and worked with my financial requirements, making the purchase possible. The financial assistance was forceful at first because we were not making the down-payment on the day the paperwork was being arranged, but he soon understood the arrangement made with the sales advisor and worked out a great financial plan for my needs.
AWESOME! It has taken me longer to get a meal at a resturant than it did to do the paperwork and drive out with my new car! Staff was very friendly and most of all, efficient. Glad I "stepped up" from a life long Cadillac man to Honda. My new Pilot is heads and shoulders above the SRX I previously had, at HALF the cost! Our salesman, Craig, even programmed my phone into the car's hands free system because I'm not a real "techie" guy. Great guy, didn't give me the "creeps" like most salesman, a real genuine type of guy, he's a real asset to your staff.
Our overall experienced was mixed. We were greeted promptly. We found a car we liked and J. C.'s follow up with us was excellent. It was, so far, a very pleasant experience. On Tuesday we were quoted a price over the phone, but we were unable to go to the dealership until the next day. We made arrangements to meet J. C. that morning and he was waiting for us to arrive. We sat down for final negotiations only to learn that the price quoted by one manager on Tuesday was not being honored by a finance manager on Wednesday. His manner was contentious and offensive. We were ready to walk out of the dealership without the vehicle. We eventually reached middle ground with J. C., who threw in $100 of his commission to get the deal done.
What should have been pleasant turned sour because of the manager with whom we dealt. We are happy with the vehicle and content with the deal, but were never thanked by the finance manager for shopping at Right Honda or giving your dealership our business.
I actually was in the service area having work done on my 2006 Honda Civic and Joey Aguirre came over to me wanting to know why existing Honda owners keep their Honda's. I told him how much I love mine and that my wife was looking to get a car and even though she was thinking Hyundai, I reminded her how trouble free my experience was with mine and that she had agreed to come and test drive one the very next day (It was so serendipidous that he approached me the day before). Joey is a very likeable guy and even though I had other Honda salesmen subsequently calling me, I knew I wanted to do business with him. We eventually came to Right Honda and Joey met us and proceeded to tell us everything we would have wanted to know (and then some) about the 2014 CRV. He was very professional, informative... he totally engaged us and we felt at ease with him. We felt that he was very honest, very personable and you just felt that he had our best interests at heart and wanted us to be happy. He was NOT your typical car salesman. He has the formula for selling cars in my opinion. My wife fell in love with the car instantly (hinted to me that she wasn't interested in looking at Hyundai anymore and that we needed to get this). Negotations with the head sales manager went well, we got what we thought was a very fair price and we really liked working with their finance rep John Farris. He's a quality guy from bottom to top, gave us a great rate. I have always HATED that part of the car buying experience and with him, it had to be the smoothest sailing ever. All-in-all... we rate this a great 100% car buying experience.
