Prior Honda sales at right Honda - 4th or 5th sale and this went smoothly from test drive to sales price to finance to delivery with add on! Great friendly helpful staff!

Juan was very helpful from making my car purchase to the end. He even helped with getting a service request completed and allowed me to use a rental while this was done. He was not pushy, which is what drove me away from other car salesman. The finance man was very thorough and helpful as well.

Had an appointment at 3 PM and Gary was right there ready to finish paperwork and it all went real fast and smooth. Afterwords he took us out to show us the features of the car. Also I appreciated that he returned my rental car to Enterprise.

Came in just exploring options after a previous vehicle had been totaled. We were greeted instantly and shown a number of vehicles. We had a great experience there, and the customer service is ultimately what lead us to buy a vehicle. We had certain criteria and the salesman would not stop until we found a vehicle that met our expectations and did so with great enthusiasm.

The sale of the vehicle was excellent. The annoying aspect is that I used to get nonstop calls about selling my car and every time I wait while car is serviced, someone comes and hounds me again about selling the car. I actually heard a woman next to me keep repeating "I'm reading my book" every time the sales person tried to engage her in conversation.

Right Honda gave an OTD price instantly which made me walk into their showroom. Very pleasant and straightforward sales folks. Its a pleasure dealing with Right Honda esp with Marshall and Keith.
