lawsuit waiting to happen. I would give no stars had it been an option. I wrote a full review on yelp... but the basics are its unsanitary and unsafe. And from what I have heard and read from other people, their not paying vet bill policy is ridiculous. If an animal is hurt in their care they should pay up. The petsmart petshotel paid for all of my vet bills when the big dummy just smacked his tail to hard and spilt it open. There are many better choices for boarding and Raintree shouldn't be it. Very Caring!. It is always good to have the "girls" stay at Raintree when we go on vacation. The staff do a wonderful job and my dogs are always happy.
