awesome service.. I had a wonderful experience at the gainey village spa. I had the Avania spa massage with a friendly, courteous service. The spa was relaxing and pleasant. The only thing I would change is the koi pond. It's aesthetically unpleasant and there's no koi.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!. I cannot discount my treatment - Sherry gave me a fabulous Sedona Mud Wrap. However, the rest of the spa left a great deal to be desired - we waited almost an hour and a half for our lunch to arrive (when they said it'd be 20 minutes), my friend's treatment was 15 minutes late, there were no towels available at the pool or in the gym, and nobody gave us an introduction to the facilities!

Perfect Getaway. The Spa at Gainey Village is a complete world away. Once you enter in to the spa you are pampered and cocooned in an environment that causes stress to melt away. Those who can afford a full day (both time and money) should take full advantage of the spas many facilities. Booking a 1-hour treatment gives you unlimited access to all the faculties. Although not the least expensive of the spas, they offer a frequent user program that gives certificates for dollars spent. While this does not completely off set the expense it does not hurt! Treatments are wide and varied, and they include the standard Facials, Massages, Body Treatments as well as a full Salon and workout areas. Take some time for yourself and visit the spa.
