Great Salon!. This was my first time at Taglio salon and it was great. Customer service is a priority with this group. The receiptionist, Rachel, was friendly and accommodating. Chelsea, friendly and pleasant. Miranada, the stylist, very bubbly and accommodating. Salon is neat, modern, bright and clean. They all treat the customer with respect and professionalism. Miranda was knowledgeable about the B&B products and I trusted her. The hairspray she suggested was perfect for my needs. I will definitely return. A must try for anyone looking for a change!

A New York Salon right here in Scottsdale!. Fantastic experience! We love this place! The salon itself is sleek and sophisticated; the staff is very nice and helpful. Great service. I regularly go see Sadie who is amazing! Her experience in Paris and Milan has translated well to the Valley. She is very gifted and talented at looking at the whole person and making great suggestions and designs. Without a doubt, she has given me the best haircuts I have EVER received. This salon is a great find!

Favorite haircut and color!!. I had my hair all cut off by Sadie and bleached and toned by Jude!! It is so beautiful!!!

Fabulous Hair, Fabulous People. I have been going to Taglio for almost 8 years. I love the salon and love the people. While I no longer live in Arizona, I always find time when visiting Scottsdale to see my favorite stylist and favorite colorist. I always leave the salon feeling gorgeous and my hair is always healthy. Whether I want highlights, lowlights, or the perfect hair cut, this is the most wonderful salon. I am am very particular about my hair and can honestly say that In the last 8 years, on only one ocassion my color didn't turn out quite the way I wanted it and they found the time to get me in within a matter of days, adjust the color to what I truly desired, all at no charge. This is what I call customer service. A natural dirty blonde, I have been dark brunette to platinum blonde and all shades are beautiful and rich. Hair for special occassions, not a problem. The salon did the hair for my best friend's wedding and the bride and all of us bridesmaids looked beautiful. The staff is polite, friendly, and ever so professional. I love love love this salon and believe you will too!

No Customer Service. Apparently here at Taglio, the client is to blame for all hair mistakes. My colorist fried my hair to the point that it was melted!! Then had the stylist cut off the damage, about 3 inches of length. When I got home my hair was breaking and I found burns on my scalp. When I called the next day, they said I could come in for a deep conditioner for another $40. When I talked to the manager she was nice at first, then when she talked to the cororist It turned into it being my fault. You know what, I know bleaching your hair can be damaging, but plenty of Scottsdale women bleach their hair and don't spend the night crying about the hair that is falling out on the pillow. There is no excuse for doing that to a persons hair, none. Then making them feel like it was their fault is just plain wrong. Shame on you Taglio! You may be hearing from my attorney soon.

Great Haircut! Great salon!. Just moved to Arizona and had a haircut at Taglio with Lisa. I am in the hairdressing business myself and haven't paid for a haircut ever in my whole life. It is just a hard for a trained professional to go somewhere new, as it is a civilian. What a great haircut. What a great salon experience. These people know what they are doing. Do yourself a big favor and let them have their way with you!!
