McDonald's has better food and service and they only use a speaker. I had heard from co-workers that there was a great spot where you can feed the ducks by the Green Belt off of Via de Ventura and Hayden. My friends and I thought that would we do an impromptu walk. We saw an outdoor patio and decided to have some light appetizers and drinks. We sat on the patio as it said seat yourself. And we waited. And waited. A gluttonous server finally came to our table. Her pants were falling down and her belly was uncovered by her shirt. She was sweatier than we were and we had just been out on a walk for 45 minutes. She was nice but her appearance was very unpleasant. We ordered drinks which were good but took too long to get to us. We don't know if it were her or the bartender who took so long but we were definitely forgotten. We ordered simple appetizers like quesadillas and chicken strips and potato skins. They took awhile and when we got them the potato skins and quesadillas were burnt. The chicken tasted like they may have had freezer burn but were served to us anyway like we wouldn't notice. We fed most of the food to the ducks. It felt like we were in Florida with the misters on. They didn't cool and we desperatley needed water. Maybe our waitress was too busy with other tables on the inside, but we never got refills and decided to not bother with more drinks. If we go back, we will bring our own bread to feed the ducks or watch other people sitting on the patio throw their burnt food over the fence as well. And we'll bring our own water.

worst service ever accompanied by forgettable food. Took a potential client to Busters recently for a meeting inclusive of a nibble and a beverage (should have just stuck with the beverage). Waited over 20 minutes for order to be taken. Waited additional 20 to be served a simple beverage and another 20 for a simple appetizer. The most memorable thing served up during this experience was a heaping pile of attitude from the server. Not impressed.
