Average food, good view, unfortunate service. Cobb salad was good, comparable to Cheesecake Factory, tableside presenting was fun. The couple next to us had theirs prepared tableside and then the salad proceeded to it on the cart for another 10 minutes while they found the accompanying shrimp from the kitchen. Lobster bisque good but not best we've had. Our chicken sandwich was absolutely tasteless, supposed to have an aoli sauce which they must have whispered on the breast. Side of fries were fine. The worst part was our request for no onion, which they ignored and ignored (as in the watier kept on walking while I was talking) a second time when we pointed it out to the head waiter. Adding insult to injury was the mandatory service charge for not getting the basic blocking and tackling of service right. The onion request was a taste thing, but what if either of us had an allergy? If you can't take that seriously, even when we point it out, we will seriously not be back.
