Doctors are personable. Been going here for years for my health care. The other rater was a little harsh about the office staff. The only real problem over the years it has been getting harder to get through on the phones to make an appointment. You have to wait just as long as anywhere else, I don't see why this is an issue. The Doctors listen and ... cure you... that's why I recommend them.…
Look elsewhere if you want them to care.. Doctor's are over-booked so they rush through things, sometimes carelessly. Nursing staff is fairly friendly but prone to mistakes. Front office staff is incredibly rude and bothered that you are there. Lab staff is ok though so they earned the stars.…
Good experience so far. I have only seen Dr. Steiner twice so far, once for an eye infection and again for a physical. Both experiences were good. The waiting room seems a little shabby but the examination room was nice and clean. I didn't have to wait long to get in and the nurse was very friendly. Dr. Steiner was personable and answered all of my questions patiently. I never felt like I was being rushed out. For the women out ther, Dr. Steiner gives a good pelvic examination (no pain at all). So, based on the experiences I have had so far, I would recommend this doctor.…
