Western Honda Motorcycles

Took a bike in there for service with a list of a couple of things I needed them to do. I told them to do nothing else. They paid NO attention to that! They changed my engine/trans oil which wasn't that old and NOT due to be changed. I didn't ask them to do that. Same for the oil filter of course. They took it upon themselves to also change the oil in the rear end as well and left a plug loose, and I got gear lube all over my wheel and tire and the rest of the rear of the bike. I had a real mess to clean up. I didn't want my rear end oil changed, I prefer to do it myself. They also replaced the hydraulic fluid and left the clutch bleeder valve uncovered. I did not want them to touch the hydraulic fluid. I can not recommend their service dept.…

Best Honda From The Best Dealer!. Just bought a 2012 crf 250 from Western Honda today they were great to deal with and not only gave me a great price but Randy in finance was very helpful in getting me the best rate possible. The bike was set up right and ready to go!!!!!! Shawn and the parts guys were helpful in getting me the things i would need to service the bike. Best Selection and Prices For Honda's in Phoenix!. I bought a 2012 Honda Goldwing in Pearl White from Max at Western Honda and the whole experience was smooth start to finish. They had an excellent selection of Wings to choose from, and their pricing was the best in the Valley. There was a small shipping defect on the dash that was picked up on initial inspection and Jason the Service Manager was right on it, taking pictures and getting a replacement part ordered from Honda to make it right. Mike in parts did an excellent job in helping my wife find the right size helmet, and having all of our gear ready when we picked up the bike. This is my second Goldwing and I plan to be a long term customer of Western Honda with service like this.…
