good atmosphere, but that doesn't make up for flavorless food and absent waitress. We are semi-regular visitors to Jalapeno Inferno over the past couple months. The atmosphere is always good but we have yet to have all the other aspects that make a good dining experience. Food is average or below with service even lower. Management is not responsive or friendly to needs either. Your best bet is to stop in for a margarita at the bar and then go somewhere else for dinner, or better yet save the gas money and have the margarita somewhere else too. Gave them too many chances.…
Best Cheese Dip & Flour Chips. When I lived in AZ this place was always a favorite. Now I make it a point to visit Jalapeno Inferno every time I am in town. I am planning several trips to Scottsdale this Summer and can't wait to try the swordfish tacos!!! The service has always been spotty (sometimes good and sometimes not) but the food is always beyond fantastic. If you don't let spotty service spoil your meal then this may be some of the best Mexican food you'll ever have. If you are a cheese dip fan, make sure to try the spinach con queso and ask for a bowl of just flour chips.…
Thank god! An awesome non chain restaurant. Our favorite mexican food in the valley with very reasonable prices to boot! Very fresh salsa and I highly recommend the chicken fundido! Very tasty margaritas too!
Terrible unfriendly staff and sub par food. Absolutely the rudest, laziest bar staff I have ever experienced in my life. I liked their food, but really the place has gone into the toilet. Dont go there, unless you like being ignored and overcharged.…
Good food, but the service could be better.. I am have been here 3-4 times now. The food is pretty good, but not the best mexican I have had. It is a little pricey for some of the basic dishes. The thing that brings this place down is service. Everytime I have been here the service has been less then par.
