Maximum Fitness Gym. I have been a customer of Maximum Fitness since the gym's opening almost a decade ago. The gym has always had pleasant atmosphere since the opening, and I would have planned on continuing my membership with them until the complications with the membership program.

6 months ago I signed up for a one year contract. At the time, Powerhouse Gym was in the process of merging with Maximum Fitness and was under Powerhouse billing. Only after a few months later, Maximum and Powerhouse decided to part ways. Upon returning to the gym on April 1st, I was told I need to sign another monthly contract with Maximum to use their gym. After speaking to both gyms, Powerhouse would not refund any of the 1 year contract. 6 months ago I signed up to workout at the current Maximum Fitness location, for whatever reason what happened between the two businesses, they should honor the contract for that gym location I signed up at.
