Ordering online. Beware of the disclaimer that this florist has the right to make changes to arrangements as needed.

I ordered a $185.00 "European Basket" arrangement from their website. It was truly lovely. What arrived was simply unrecognizable from what was ordered. I'm not talking about some changes in flowers, colors, etc. The arrangement was not even remotely similar to what was pictured on their website. I am left with the feeling of having been taken. Why not call the customer and let them know that what they have ordered is not possible to produce at the present time? And work with that customer to make something that is acceptable to all parties?? Instead my recipient has this ugly gift that I'm embarrassed to have my name attached to and I'm more than a bit steamed at Cactus Flowers for the apparent way they conduct business.

For sure, I will never spend my money at this business again. And, I would warn any of you that is thinking of ordering online or by phone to think hard about making that mistake.
