Be Careful Using Credit Cards at this Store. I came to Gussied Up hoping to find a perfect prom dress. They had a very unique selection, and I found one that I loved. I decided to get it, despite the rude, ostentatious owner. I used my credit card to purchase the dress, and the owner typed in an extra digit when making the charge. My card was charged a few THOUSAND dollars, rather than a few hundred, and it has been an enormous hassle with the credit card company for the past few months. I will not be shopping here again!…
New York at its best!!!. I have been shopping here for years. The owner is a New York native with a great eye and flare for fashion. She has been in the business for over thirty years. When you shop with her it is as if you are shopping with your most stylish girlfriend. She never lets you walk out of the store with the wrong dress for your body type, coloring, or style. Yes, she is direct and a bit sassy, but she knows what she is talking about and her experience is invaluable!!! I have purchased many dresses from her over the years and received complements from friends and strangers on all of them. Never go here...unless you like being treated like trash. I am from Denver and traved to Scottsdale in search of a unique prom dress. I went into this store and was treated EXTREMLY rude. My mother and I and two other friends walked in and the owner glared at us then went back to her work. She looked at us like we were not worthy of being in her store. My mother said hello to her and again she glared at us. My mothers friend was helping us look for dresses, and while doing so the owner bummped into her, hung up a dress and didn't even have the tadasity to say excuse me. I would NEVER go back there, unless I got the urge to be treated like a worthless scoundrel.…

Worst store in town with the worst owner. Never in my life have I been treated as rudely as when shopping at this store. I had purchased a dress with the complete understanding of the non-refundable only exchangable policy. I ended up needing to return the dress, but it remained unused and with the tags still on. With full intentions of selecting another dress, the owner refused to abide by her rules and proceed to literally kick me out of her store. I explained that I didn't want my money back, just needed a different dress. She said that she didn't want or need my business and to never return. Being a person who works in a high-end field, I cannot understand how she could justify such poor treatment of a potential regular custormer. There is a reason why she owns her store; no one in their right mind would hire someone who so severly lacks customer service.…
