Azghostrider. For the sophisticated folks, this place may not be #1, but for the average Az. Joe this place is sure to impress. The booth seating is the way to go when you want to show that special lady in your life a very romantic time. The food is prepared Az. style with generous portions to please any man's appetite, none of that wimpy designer stuff where you're not sure if you should eat it or if it's just for lookin at, and the service is top notch, you don't have to be a millionaire to be treated like one here. They also accomodate special requests and make you feel good about doing so as well as providing your request in outstanding fashion. Great Experience. Our recent visit to this restaurant was great. We were seated within five minutes of our reservation. The food was very good (especially the gnocchi) and the atmosphere was great. The piano player played was a nice touch and even played a few requests for my wife and I. The service wasn't overly friendly, but everything was timely. The only down side was that the wine list features too many pricey wines (over $65/bottle) and few within the reasonable range ($30-$65). Overall, I thought this was a great experience and will definitely return on my next visit to Scottsdale.…

Overall Average. Service was slow and our waiter thought he was doing us a favour. I had thought this was a great restaurant but was disappointed, although my rack of lamb was very good it was not hot enough and the 'sides' were minimalist and there was no potato option.

Also no chocolate desert - a signature desert in any decent restaurant…
