disregard that disappointed. The food is unbelievable and with a crowd- they have quite the wine list and a spectacular pairing with the daring southwest cuisine. No taste of powder in my food- only tasted superior quality, well thought out cusine and truly love the service.

A charming stroll by the lake and fresh eats make this place a charmer.. In Short
Directly overlooking a small man-made lake and a golf course, patrons like this spot for its charm and romance. Feed the ducks and drink a hot pink prickly pear margarita (garnished with a green saguaro sucker)--while watching the sunset. Try out some of the appetizers or go for the crispy shrimp or roasted beet salad.

Disappointed. For the price, the food was sub-par. We ordered off the menu (not specials). The meat was overcooked and had a bitter, burned taste. The sauces were nothing special. The kids menu was "Plain Jane" and my son's grilled cheese sandwich had a peculiar aftertatse. The do have a nice wine list and the house margarita was worth the price. Great jalepeno corn muffins.

Great view...great view.. One knows when a restaurant is not that good when it is empty. It sure was empty maybe two tables at the most. The food was just OK. I think the south-west cooking is just too much and the sauces taste too much like powder demi and not a good sauce from veal stock. I think if one is to pay those prices the item needs to be cooked with firts class ingredients. The soups also had the characteristic taste of chicken base and not stock.

To the Chef whom ever it may be try a bit harder to hide those handycaps. I will never eat in the same hotel that I stay... Thanx for the lesson

Four Stars!!. I am a seasoned traveler and I spend a lot of time on the road for work. As soon as I arrived I felt so welcome. The greeter, Lindsey was very friendly, and let me have an amazing table out on the patio. My server Don was very helpful in my ordering and also suggested some great wine to go with my meal. After eating I visisted the Diamondback Lounge and the bartender Beth was equally helpful and friendly. The staff made me feel so welcome and I can't wait to return!

Arizona Splendor!. I was visiting Phoenix from Southern California when I discovered this wonderful resturant!! The food was wonderful...I really enjoyed the Filet and the Lobster Chowder...My server Beth was very friendly and the Resturant Manager Denise was very kind and made me feel right at home. I do a lot of traveling and this was one place that just made me feel right at home.

Desert Cuisine Experience to Die For!. This restaurant was awesome. The food was top notch, with a spectacular view of the mountains and a large lake reflecting the sunset. Warmly lit and very comfortable, the service staff was definitely gifted at what they do. I recommend either the Pork tenderloin, or the Pecan Crusted Tuna, both were out of this world! Definitely a comeback restaurant. Thanks so much!

what a find. The new chef there has really enhanced and balanced the menu out. I loved the Pecan and Pistachio Crusted Tuna over sweet potato risotto- very creative and southwestern. Oh and dont forget the desserts- the chocolate opera with strawberry thyme glaze was to die for
