I love taking my daughter there because it feels like I am dropping her off at a family members house, or someone close. They meet our individual needs, and make us feel special. The staff has worked with us financially and emotionally. I love First Steps Preschool!

First Impression is an amazing day care. I couldn't think of a better group of people to look after my daughter while I am at work.

I absolutely love First Steps Day School, and so does my daughter. Everyone is so patient and wonderful with the kids there. I have my daughter enrolled there, who is 2. She's my first kid, and I don't live close to my family. Any time I have a question about parenting, or something with my daughter, I can always bounce ideas off the teachers because they are so experienced.

My earlier review sums it up on how we feel about the school. A safe and comfortable learning environment along with loving care is all a parent can hope for when tasked with the decision to work. We are still really happy we found this school and we would recommend it to others. We are excited to have our second daughter be cared for by the staff.

I am a single mother and it continues to be such a joy to utilize the services offered. I feel confident in the care provided and knowing my child is actually being cared for and not just being watched as with other centers I have experienced in the past. First Steps staff really goes above and beyond. My child has bonded with the staff and it's a great feeling.

My child has been attending First Steps since he was 6 weeks old. They have provided a fun and safe environment for him. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help and accommodate my child's needs. As a mom, one of my biggest concerns is that my child be cared for in a way that allows him thrive and grow and First Steps does that for me. I feel confident leaving my child in their care 8 hours a day 5 days a week. I will continue to use them until my child ages out.

This school is money hungry. They don't care about anything but that. The kids come last. The owner is a total hag! She could careless about pleasing the customer. She just wants the money. They are petty and bitchy. I would never send my kid here. The place stinks and is very dirty IMO. I would stay away from this place. Spend your money with someone else who actually cares about not only the kids but customer service, cleanliness, keeping staff, keeping customers and just plain being nice. I absolutely hate the owner here. Trash!!
