It appears that the administration compiles reviews and carefully adjusts staff, services, and equipment accordingly. This is evident by comparison to mail-in reviews I have completed in the past. Both campuses have improved steadily over recent years.

Pros: focused staff, skilled staff, caring staff

Cons: E.R. 1st contact
