I love my hair... it's so thick and long!!!. I just came back from Breckenridge and I am still so jazzed about my hair I had to write; I even put my photo up. Just look at me!!! (grin). And, I can wear it straight!

I love the way I look and the way I feel. YOU made a new woman out of me and I can't tell you what it means.

What a transformation. When I look at my before and after photos it is hard to believe this is me!!

Discovery can be a good thing. For myself ,I wanted quality hair with people who were educated in hair loss. I was scared, unsure about what to do about my hair loss.I had lost my confidence,and was on medications for my thyroid and anxiety. I was happy to be in a place that was not a salon and private rooms were a plus. Everything was explained to me in detail,though I was overwhelmed with all, l could now do.

They responded to my call with my anxiety on their day off not many do that. Other hair replacement centers did not tell me all the things I could do or physicians to work with me on my meds. I am very excited to have good haircut, I found you get what you pay for. After several visits it has become apparent they are not just stylists and the costs seem to run the same of any upscale salons in Scottsdale. I am happy to have found them.

Hair Nightmare. First, I must say this may be a very nice salon for regular hair service. My issue is with their semi-permenent hair pieces. I purchased two hair pieces from this salon and went to them for maintenance every 4 weeks for about 7-8 months. Every single maintenance appointment had a different cost although the same thing was done each time. Each time I asked for a breakdown and tried to be specific the next time when I made my appointment (so I would at least know how much it would cost). Plus their prices are extremely high compared to other salons with similar services. The owner seemed very nice at first but when I tried to talk to her about the costs, her attitude and demeanor changed very quickly. Overall a very disappointing experience.
