This salon is a joke!.
Where do I start? The place looks like something out of Miami Vice! Can you say dated? ( just like my haircut! ) The front desk was an unorganized mess.
I was interrupted several times during my service( how am I supposed to know if I want to make a future appointment, when I haven't even seen the outcome of my haircut? ) It screamed desperate and greedy!!
My stylist was Gerry. He made me feel like I just stepped onto a used car dealership! ( major cheese ball ) he kept making, inappropriate religious comments, telling me that he could " save me!" The only thing that man needs to worry about saving, is his salon!…
LOVE IT!. I had the best expierence at this salon. I went just for a haircut and had no idea what i wanted. My stylist came and greeted me right away and we went to her chair. I told her i wasn't sure what i wanted but i knew i wanted keep my length. She brought over pictures and talked about different ways of layering to change up my style without going crazy. I asked her to not texturize and she listened! she did exactly what i wanted and i love it! She also introduced me to a colorist and offered me 20% of my first time color! i am a forever client now!…

Run Away!. I went to the salon hoping to have a great experience. However, I had one of the worst. i went in to get color done and a haircut. When I got there, the guy started doing my color right away. He has very stand offish and looked at me like I was inferior to him. It was a very weird feeling. After he got done with the color, He sat me down on a chair to wait. The guy that was supposed to be cutting my hair was busy with another appointment so I had to wait with color in my hair for about 2 hours! My scalp was burning and I did not know what to do. When he finally got done with the client, he came over and rinsed my hair. While he was doing this, he made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. The haircut ended up being nothing special. It was something i could have had done at supercuts. I was in that salon for about 4 hours...I had appointments for both the hair dying and the cut and i still had to wait a long time in between with dye in my hair. I thought that since it is an expensive place, I would receive a great cut and hair dye; however, that was not the case.…
WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. DON'T EVER GO THERE!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I have gone to this location twice. The first time I had made an appointment and was still left waiting 3 HOURS between my color and cut. The last time was a complete and total DISASTER! First, my color was ruined by the foils slipping in my hair so I now have bright orange lines all over my scalp. Second, my ?trim" turned out to look as if A KINDERGARDER with dull scissors hand got their hands on my head. When I asked for a refund they said they insisted on making an attempt to fix it first, still there was nothing that could be "fixed" beyond the color, there are certain pieces of hair on my head no longer than an inch) and when I still insisted on getting my money back they said I had to send a request to their corporate office and wait for approval. SIMPLY AWFUL!!!!…
