Max Sports Grille

Worst Experience I've ever had at restaurant. I am shocked with the service I recently had at Max's Sports Grill in Scottsdale. I arrived, to watch sports of course, and eat. I sat down, waited 12 minutes for a waitress to come over. She brought me a drink, and I was holding the menu in my hand because I was going to order, but she walked away and didn't say anything to me. I didn't see her the rest of the game, I watched her in the distance many times, and she looked like someone that hated life. Folks, I arrived 15 minutes before the game, and I waited until after half time and she NEVER ONCE stopped to help me. However, she stopped and helped a couple sitting two feet from me 5 times, she even was just pooring them water. The gentleman next to me said he too was very unhappy because he had been there for 20 minutes and she wouldn't help him either. Another group of 5 guys left because she was so bad. I am shocked that a Scottsdale restaurant would allow servers like this to work for them. MEMO TO ALL SERVERS, YOU CHOSE TO BE A SERVER, SO PLEASE DO YOUR JOB, BE POLITE, BE HELPFUL, AND BE THERE TO SERVE. I'm finding that it is very difficult to really find people that know how to serve others. MEMO #2, IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR LIFE, THEN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, AND STOP TAKING YOUR DRAMA TO WORK WITH YOU.…
