In Short – Tucked away on the fifth floor of the Phoenician resort is a quiet, candlelit dining room swathed in gold, cream and rich green hues. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a nighttime view of glittering lights that spread over the Phoenix basin. Slow jazz melodies from the adjacent cocktail lounge filter in, mingling with hushed conversations and the occasional clink of champagne glasses. The three-course, prix fixe menu offers an opportunity to explore.

Way too much service. Prefer to have time to chat.. Otherwise the food was excellent. Overall a bit stuffy.

Mary Elaine's with stunning view of the city has impeccable service and an unforgettable wine list (you'll need three hours just to read through). It is certainly not for an every night outing-but definitely for a celebration night.
- Pros: Exceptional Service
- Cons: Expensive
