Always running late and they do not care!. Only go here if you have an extra hour to wait for your appointment - even if you arrive on time. My stylist was 35 minutes for my appointment. Her excuse? "I had a new client and I like to do an extra through consultation." During my appointment I had to wait several minutes while she tended to a prior client "in progress." The receptionist let me sit there, never checked with the stylist to see what the wait time would be, and never apologized for leaving me sit. I was a new client, I had no consultation, and I will not be back.

Wonderful atmosphere, ask for Liz!. We have been going here to one stylist for about 10 years and my whole family are always happy with her work. Ask for Liz. She is experienced and willing to be adventurous or will stay as conservative as you need. I can just bring an image in and she will make sure it will work with you first or she will recommend a possible re-think and give suggestions. She is very kind and thoughtful. #1 in my book!

Superduper cuts????. The person I got for my first time there was Pat

who after I explained that I didn't want my waves

cut out proceeded to cut out my waves and the

result was a Supercuts special. My hair is so short that everyone asked if I went to Supercuts.

The price, over $100, was robbery and if this is

what they normally charge for a touchup and cut

in this economy they will lose a lot of clients!

Of course, if I was happy with the resulting cut I

wouldn't have minded the overcharge but.......

Well, Boca won't be seeing my again for any of the people who asked me about it.
