Hello, I'm just giving a comment on the customer service there. It was absolutely wonderful. I have been looking for a salon for couple of years since I've moved here. I have been to a couple of other salons, but nobody compares to the customer service I have received at their salon. Danny was right on with a haircut. Fully explained everything which no other salon has ever done. And I really appreciated them recommending their spa facials, and again no other salon has offered that when they do have has in house. Maybe because I'm a man. I don't know. Hats off to their customer service. I will be a life long customer and I really appreciate everything that they've done so far. Thank you very much.

I called to make my FIRST appt. with Frankie D's and wanted a nail service that is posted on their website...the person who answered the phone was very snobby and said "we don't offer that Hun." so I suggested a different nail service, the answer was, "no one has time for that today". Hmmm, okay. That's all I needed to hear. Goodbye!

Very Unprofessional Service. I made an appointment at Frankie D's a while back to get my hair bleached. Having just had a baby, I was VERY limited to time. I was told that with a bleaching came a free haircut. Upon my arrival, I was told by the hairdresser that she didn't have time to bleach my hair that day, but I could still get the haircut. Due to the fact that I couldn't just make another appointment without a lot of hassle, I let her cut my hair and was going to make another appointment to get it bleached at a later date. Upon leaving, I was charged $45.00 for the haircut ... because the hairdresser wasn't prepared in any fashion to bleach my hair that day. I told them I thought that was pretty unprofessional at which point I was totally shrugged off. I was told that someone would call me later in regards to situation, but no one ever called. Very poor service and very unprofessional. In slow times like these, you'd think they'd show a little more customer care and respect. Very dissatisfied.

Worst experience in a Salon...... I cant understand the amount of unprofessional activity I experienced. I will not be returning and strongly suggest that a good look is taken by the ownwer as to what a good quality staff is made of.

Two satisfied customers. My wife and I have used Frankie D's for over a year. Some stylists come and go, but the one we both use has been there since we first went. There are others who have been there the entire time as well. So it is up to the customer to check out the stylist used.

Sometimes there are communication issues even with the best stylist. Sometimes those communication issues arise in the customer, not the stylist. Personally, I have experienced that with our current stylist. I did not speak up, she thought she heard what I said, but misinterpreted it, my hair ended up about 1 inch long instead of 1 inch off. Lucky for me, I actually liked it, but even if I didn't, I realized what had happened. From then on, I make sure I am understood, for both our sakes. It's called accepting responsibility like an adult.

All I can say about Frankie D's is we are both very happy with our stylist and have no desire to change.

Frankie D's Salon & Spa "A Pledge to Perfection". This response is to a comment that was posted on City Search. As owner of Frankie D's, I received a call from a clients boyfriend that she was unhappy about her hair cut. As always, I offered a resolution to the problem. The boyfriend indicated that they would be on vacation and he agreed that as soon as they were back, they would contact the Salon. There was never any sense of urgency about the situation, in fact, he understood having also dealt with the general public. Frankie D's prides itself in providing quality service and has been doing this for 12 years. I wish that the thousands of happy clients, who have come to Frankie D's, would take the time to post a comment on how happy they are. It is sad that people cannot verbalize their unhappiness so that issues can be truly resolved, but instead find it better suited to their needs to quietly sit at home and post a comment on a Website. We as business owners are not given the opportunity to correct the situation and are forced to read one comment that can jeopardize a new client making a decision to come to our Salon. I assure any new client(s) who reads this posting that I will do everything possible to make your time at Frankie D's a great experience. Please understand that no Salon or business is absolutely perfect and mistakes can be made. BUT, you have my pledge that the staff at Frankie D's will ALWAYS do the best they can to please you. Just average.... I have been to this salon 3 times, and each time I went I liked the haircuts less. The first time I went, it was great. The sylist was friendly, and listened to what I wanted. I got highlights and cut, and it turned out great. Unfortunately she had moved and was not available any longer. The last time I went, I explained to they stylist what I wanted - I even had a picture - but it didn't turn out like I asked. I was going on vacation the next day, so I didn't have time to go back and get it fixed. So I had to pay for another cut while on vacation! Also, the receptionist was not very friendly when I booked my appt, nor when I arrived. I will not be going back there again.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a wonderful time there. The atmosphere was comfortable and the staff was very knowledgeable and experienced. I would recommend to Anyone.

poor customer service. It was a poor experience at this salon. I wouldn't recommend it to any one.
