Found by accident, loved by choice!. This is my first restaurant review so here goes... I have had a wonderful experience with Flancers cafe, and felt strongly enough to write about it! As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was greeted very warmly by its staff. I didn't really know where to start when picking what to order because there were so many options to choose from. The employee I spoke to made a few suggestions, and really knew their menu. She was also able to answer any questions I had, and was really pleasant and never got irritated, even though I had about a thousand questions! I ended up choosing the prickly pear sandwich and the philly cheesesteak. My friend and I split the sandwiches, so we could try both, and both we extremely delicious. The ingredients just seem to mix perfectly to enhance the flavors of each other. It sounds cheesy, but put it this way, each bite, I wanted the sandwich to never end. I think another huge part of what made the food so yummy is that the bread is made fresh. It has a really great taste, that seems to work on just about every sandwich! I have since been back many times, and have always received the same level of service(fantastic)! The pizza is incredible, the crust is perfectly crunchy, the cheese wasn't too greasy, and the taste is also really beyond words!

The restaurant always looks really clean, which is a big deal to me, because I don't care if your food is the most delicious thing in the world, I won't eat there! The only bad thing I can think of when thinking of the restaurant is that everything is so good, I can never decide what to order!

Creative menu. Flancer's makes good and innovative use of green chile, granted it's canned, but that can be forgiven since it's New Mexican chile - the best in the world. The sandwich selections are great and fresh. A nice value also.
