Great Experience at Red Lobster. On Saturday the 20th, my family and I went to Red Lobster to celebrate my dad’s birthday. I’ve been there a few times already, but we chose to go to a different one out in chandler this time on 7240 West Ray Road. The place was pretty packed but we expected it to be especially on a Saturday night. Our waitress was cute, funny, and very helpful when we had questions about the food.

The family like atmosphere of the place made us feel welcome and at home. We got a booth seat in the corner of the restaurant and the table and seats were nice and clean. Our waitress was out going and fun to talk to which helped us to have a great time there. It might have been because we were having such a great time but the food seemed to taste better in chandler. I ordered the Ultimate feast which has a split maritime lobster tail, steamed Canadian snow crab legs, garlic shrimp, and Walt’s favorite shrimp (breaded Shrimp). The meal was 28.50 before tax but it was worth it. I guess the only down side I found was it gets pretty expensive if you have a big family so I would save it for special occasions or a date.

Live lobsters wriggle in a tank inside this seafood emporium, where nautical-patterned booths and colorful, fish-shaped tables in the bar area add subdued touches of whimsy to the room's classy dark wood accents. The menu can be downright decadent, with starters of artichoke lobster dip, seafood fondue, and crab-stuffed mushrooms. Entrees feature lighter, grilled fare like mahi-mahi and North Atlantic sea scallops, along with signature lobster dishes, snow crab legs, and jumbo fried shrimp platters.

Avoid the Gumbo. Avoid the creepy Gumbo, I had a feeling the seafood that was used in this concoction wasn't the freshest. Plus, my gumbo arrived 10 minutes later than everyone else's meal. The server made excuses and offered no real apology.
