More than MSRP. Needed some aftermarket parts for my older Honda and because of the inconsistencies in my internet search I ended up at RideNow in Chandler. They had the part and charged me 12% more than the MSRP. I asked about this and the silver tongued devil said that was the price; end of discussion. STAY AWAY.  View Less View More

High Prices, Poor Service, No Responsibility. I had been taking my bike to Ride Now for two years and had spent over $1,000 in service alone. Unfortunately Ride Now has consistently improperly performed service and insisted that I needed service that it turned out I didn't need. Six thousand miles later, my clutch, which they claimed was no good and which would cost $2,500 to fix is still working perfectly. Likewise, my brakes, which they claimed were ready to fail are also working perfectly. They also returned my bike in a non-functional state and with broken parts and claimed it was my fault.

I was using them since they were the most convenient to my office, but I'm now taking my bike to Apache Motorcycles in Mesa which is 15 miles further away. Apache is just as expensive, but so far their service record has been perfect. While they have recommended future service, they have never insisted that I spend thousands of dollars immediately because of impending doom.

Now I won't even buy parts from Ride Now.

Of course, if you go in saying you want to spend thousands of dollars in their showroom, they're very polite.  View Less

RideNow Chandler ROCKS!. Something has obviously changed since these older negative reviews. I was there Saturday morning. Even though I didn't buy I actually had a very pleasant no pressure experience! Salesman Eric was knowledgeable and patient and manager Seth was equally good. I went in looking for something in the absolutely impossible to find 500cc range. They had some very nice used larger bikes for great prices. They worked out some good deals and financing on paper but the bikes were simply larger than I was looking for. That's the ONLY reason I didn't buy from them.

Again, something has to have changed in the years since the old reviews. By all means give these guys a try. They made a good enough impression on me that I felt compelled to take the time to register so I could post this review. Tell 'em Turbojoe sent ya...  View Less

WORST BUSINESS IN THE VALLEY. Worst shopping experience ever. They'd screw in a second if you aren't looking. Horrid customer serivce and follow-up. Do without it if you can't find it elsewhere.  View Less View More

Unethical overpriced and RUDE. What a retched dealership. Worst service EVER. They quoted my husband a price on Monday and so he did a deposit BASED OFF THAT PRICE. We live 4 hours outside of PHX, and on our long drive today to go pick up the bike they had the audacity to call and raise the price a few hundred dollars. How totally disappointing. We would rather have chewed off our toes than given them a dime. We talked to the "manager" and he defended his employee's action. Turns out, on the town and country motorsports website, this "manager" isnt even listed. So I guess that makes them LIARS too. We ended up going to Apache Honda. What AWESOME service. THey were totally ethical and considerate and I would recommend them to anyone. Funny thing is, Town and Country screwed up big time. We paid more at Apache than we had hoped, but because of the wonderful customer serice it was so worth it. So I would strongly recommend that you avoid T&C at ALL COSTS. They are only in the business of ripping people off.  View Less View More
