One bad apple can't spoil the bunch.
My Mom lives at Chandler Villas and has for 3 years, we are as attatched to the staff as much as my Mom is- the residents are like family
and the staff is always professional and attentive. The apartments are clean, larger than most and the community is beautiful. It is an older facility, but the loving care and family feel certainly outweigh the fact that there isn't granite in the kitchens. We love it there so much that we are moving my uncle there next month.
So, I suggest go see for yourself, talk to the residents- it truly is an amazing place.

Terrible Assisted Living - More Like Nonassisted.
Run, don't walk away from Atria Chandler Villas. As a national chain, they are only interested in the bottom line. The few staff that
know what they are doing locally don't stay long, as they are either forced out due to trying to do what is right for the residents, or have to leave due to poor pay. They have been fined by the State Dept of Health for having staff who were not qualified doing the work. My experience involved the bookeeper, informing me of medical information on my mother, which the bookkeeper had no direct knowledge of, nor could she even respond to questions concerning. They give out wrong information, and have had one of the largest fines issued by the State ever. Lots of other choices around, don't pick Atria.
