I totally upset with this place.....I
made appointment to deliver my baby more than 1 month at Chandler hospital on Feb 25, 2012 at noon.
They just found out almost last minute at my last visit that i have to deliver at Gate way hospital. just only Sorry THAT"S IT!!!!!!
I have to figure out by myself ..if i want to deliver at Chandler hospital....
Their Schedual SERVICE IS REALLLY REALLY BAD, VERY CONFUSE!!!!!

Great Experience! Queen Creek Office. I recently went to Drs. Goodman & Partridge office in Queen Creek and I was very impressed with the friendly staff & excellent care I received. Dr. Switzer and her assistant were very attentive and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. They answered my long list of questions I had prepared with patience and eased my anxiety I had about using a new Doctor! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Doctor :)

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! PLEASE BEWARE!. I have been going to Goodman and Partridge for my first pregnancy for over 4 months and have had the worst experience. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! I would give this practice no stars, if that were an option. The office is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. My appointments have been rescheduled half a dozen times in the last four weeks alone due to the scheduling department's "HIGH TURN OVER RATE." Finally, John, the office manager, called me to apologize for the consistent scheduling conflicts. He promised to resolve the issue right away and this morning I received yet ANOTHER phone call asking me if I could reschedule my appt!!! Needless to say, I was in a car accident last month and they couldn't get me in then to make sure everything was okay with my baby... I've been waiting for an ultrasound for 3 weeks now and have since decided to find another doctor. I simply cannot tolerate this office's behavior for another minute. This is my first pregnancy, and this time should be the most exciting time of my life and this practice has only been successful at making it the most disappointing experience I have ever encountered.

very shocked and excited!. My husband and I went in for our first ultra sound and found out it was twins!!! We were very shocked and excited! The staff was so helpful and understanding, they were all very patient to answer our many questions. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful staff helping us through our pregnancy!

extremely knowledgeable. They make everyone feel comfortable and are extremely knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience.

THE BILLING DEPARTMENT WILL ROB YOU !.
The surgery department over estimated my surgery costs by over $900! When I called to cancel the surgery because of the outrageous costs, they then realized that they had overcharged me. Then, they refused to give me a refund for up to 30 days!
I called several times, twice I was told I would be called back but never was.
I paid with my flexible spending card, and now my card is on hold because I cannot prove what that charge was for.

wonderful. I love being able to go to the doctor right by my house. It is even better that I can go in on a Saturday. My visit with Abbey was wonderful. I wish I could have her deliver my baby. When we get pregnant, I definitely want to see her for some of my appointments.

AWESOME. Leigh was AWESOME!!!! she made me laugh and helped me relax. Dr Switzer was VERY friendly and thoughtful. Thank you ladies
