A must read before you go in!!!. I wish I read the reviews before going in!

They video record you during your appointment, take pictures of you, and record your conversations without telling you.

I was promised that I would look like the picture I brought in. I told her I get hot roots so she needs to treat my roots to make sure they don't go red. She told me that the color that she was putting on wouldn't make me go red..

Now I have bad hot roots, and my color is uneven.

I kept asking her what she can do to fix it. She then laughed at me and said that there was no red in my hair and kept arguing with me.

I went in to another salon and asked another hair stylist about my hair. They told me that I do have hot roots, my hair is red and uneven, and it needs a color corrector.

They wont give me a refund.

My hair looks bad, and now I don't have the money to get if fixed.

Disappointed. I was looking forward to a couple hours of being pampered. I had an appointment for a facial, massage, spa mani & pedi. The facial was great and I thought I was off to a fantastic start to my afternoon. Unfortunately the experience went downhill from there. The massage was very light and the therapist asked me questions the whole time making it very difficult to relax. She has long finger nails that scratched and she only worked on the back side of my body. The manicure was even worse. The technician told she was missing a doctors appointment, her boyfriend was waiting for her int he parking lot and her back hurt. She pushed back my cuticles, roughly filed my nails and applied an uneven coat of polish. It look so bad I removed it when I got home. At least I got a very short foot rub during the pedicure.

BEST SPA DAY !!!!!!. My mother bought us 4 spa days. We arrived A little late they said take a deep breath its fine . We were very happy

And very relaxed. The salon is beautiful . The rooms were so relaxing and all I wanted to do was go to sleep.

The best facial I have ever had and I get them once a month .

IT WAS A WONDERFUL DAY

Everyone was very kind we all left very relaxed smiles on our face my pedicure was given my a wonderful lady she new her stuff.

there is a new product out called shalic

it lasts two weeks I will try any thing once guess what it works

WoW Try it there is no chipping at all I have to say images we will all be back

we had a great time and all of you were wonderful

if you are ever in the east valley and want to have a relaxed day at the spa try images the staff is and are one of a king

BEST HAIRCUT AND HIGHLITES EVER. I was checking out at frys and the lady checking me out had this great haircut and color

So I asked her who did her hair she said let me give you her card

Wow!!!!!!

I love my hair it makes me fell 25 again. I i was stuck in the 80s and she brought me straight into the 2011.

Iy is a great shop i felt very welcomed there

the price is a little high but you pay for what you get

I have had more people stop and ask me who did your hair

will this great place called images if your looking for a new you try images .

they are wonderful and truly a great bunch of stylist .

I will be back .

Great Place had a very nice time. We were so lucky to run into this salon it was a wonderful day we all were just looking for some RR .

and boy did we find it.

we all were in a lazy go lucky .lets just enjoy The day

We all had such a great time we all had blow dry style and foot scrubs ,

it was great time nat hing out of the ordinary

But if you want to j relax and enjoy la great day at the spa come to this salon

GREAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WORST "SPA" EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT GO HERE!! IF I COULD GIVE ONE STAR I WOULD

Please note: Even though the NAME says San Marcos this "Spa/Salon" is in a worn out strip mall in Gilbert. It is NOT in Chandler by San Marcos Resort. They use that website to scam you into making appointments with them.

I went with some friends for facials and pedicures "girls afternoon out". It was the most horrible experience I have ever had! My pedicure consisted of my feet being in SCALDING water for over an hour! Then just a quick rub with some lotion. NO massage, no clipping of toenails, no callus removal, NOTHING! When I asked (argued for) a refund I was FINALLY told that they would run a refund through at the end of the day. (She did not)

THEN they added to my credit card slip AFTER I signed it. When I called to complain that I did not get a refund the person screamed, yelled and threatened to add even MORE to my charge! She told me I was a horrible mean person and that I got more services than I was charged for! I have also spoken with a Jeri/Stacy/Terri person who sounds just like "Charlie" who refused to give me a credit/refund. She also claimed to have videotaped and recorded everything that day. I volunteered to come in and listen to and watch them, not gonna happen! All I want my refund on the WORST pedicure EVER and a refund for the extra $$ added to my charge card. They now refuse to answer or hang up when I call. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Before you go to ANY spa please do your research and visit OTHER Review sites!

let me tell you Iam one of the4 pickiest people you will ever meet ..... Brittney said Just let me do my job I said okay.

She was Wonderful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very kind and nos her stuff the color was so perfect ,

My friends never say any thing about my hair and every one noticed how it shined and looked so natural

I asked why no one told me how bad my hair use to look

Everyone said we dd not want to hurt your feelings

But girl you look 10 yrs younger

.

Will if you are in need of a new look.

and you want to look 10 yrs younger run really . really . I have never been so .

Happy Huge smile and thats just what I Have been doing a hole lot of I smiling I feel good .
