Excellent Customer Service I was new in town and needed to find a place to live and was referred to Desert Wide Properties by a friend. The leasing staff was wonderful and helped me find my dream home. In fact the entire staff was very helpful and understood the stress that I was under in locating a place to live.

Once I moved in I had a few maintenance issue that needed completed and they were taken care of within 24 hours. I could not be more pleased with my choice of management companies.

I love Desert Wide Property! When I came in to put my property up for rental they were courteous and thorough in the details that needed to be done. They are quick to contact me when a issue arises and have treated me with only respect. If you are in need of a management company I would recommend DWP.

I could not ask for anything more! Keep up the good work!

Before moving to AZ from CO we found several properties we liked on DesertWide's website. We stopped in their office first thing on a Monday morning and they were extremely helpful with getting us to see the houses we wanted to see. Even gave us a free map of the area that I used A LOT!

Ive been searching for a Property Management company in Phoenix Area for the last couple days. But it is getting hard and confusing, DWP seems very reasonably priced, answer there phone calls right away and return them, had 3 people from there company email me and try yo answer any questions. Heres the confusing part, with DWP and other property mang companys Ive tryed searching for reviews with ones like I just read on this site, all of them are mixed, either good or bad. I think a lot of them are BS. I noticed the 3 reviews on this site are NO where near the phoenix area. I have not hired DWP yet, I am weighing my options but I will say be cautious when reading negative reviews about any prop management company's.

Nice honest people to work with. A few years ago I rented a house from Desert Wide they were quick to respond to any issues I had and made everything right. Currently we have a house that they are renting for us. They have been very nice and professional. We are very pleased with this company!

Desert Wide Properties would be interesting to anyone who would like to study a case sample of abnormal psychology. One might expect to meet a bad person here or there in life, but it’s rare to see an entire business filled with people with a common passion for business "ethics" based on having absolutely no conscience or decency whatsoever. Renter and Property Owner BEWARE. If you see positive reviews for this company, be assured it is the very same people connected to their office.
