EXCELLENT-store more than worthy of your business!!. There are not enough kind words to describe our experience with this Chandler F.Y.E., especially the manager Don. We had, until recently, been purchasing our media via the internet & thought little about going into such a store, but I took my son there to purchase his first video game. Don later found out that when we left that store and went to a neighboring business, the game had been stolen. Out of pure kindness he took it upon himself to replace it. This was unsolicited, unexpected, and touched me to my core. In this day and age in such a large city I was blown away by the generosity and personal touch . I will forever be a loyal customer and encourage anyone looking to for an amazing selection of new & used media to patron this very worthy business. Thank you so much, your kindness will never be forgotten!!
