Wanta pay more? Here's a place to do it!

I ordered the same sundae here that I'd ordered the day before at a Mesa DQ and was charged $1.00+ more. When I asked about this, the reply was a 'take it or leave it'.

I returned to the Mesa DQ a few days later and confirmed that their sundae price is standard -- not a special or promo.

The worst DQ on the planet, Food and Owner has issues. I have always been a fan of DQ soft serve but be careful of the food esp at this DQ. After being served overcooked food some months ago I tried yet again at this location when my son just had to have a corn dog with his strawberry shortcake. The hotdog was spoiled beyond anything I have ever seen or knew could happen to a hotdog. The shortcake was hard and stale. When I called the Mgr./Owner to tell him about our order he quickly told me he would serve me another one and then hung up on me. I then re-visited the store and immediately the mgr was hostile and would not even consider refunding my money. He kept asking me to leave. I asked him if he was blaming me for his poor product and added that I could not understand his lack of manners. He finally conceded and returned my money for the corn dog while reiterating that I leave, over and over. I definitely plan to follow up with the health district. This asian owner seems to have a very different opinion as to what constitutes a quality, customer driven experience. This was my first time inside and clearly, cleanliness is not a high priority. A word of caution to all Apache Junction people who value their health!

A soft-serve ice cream haven for little league teams, teenagers and families.. In Short
Vanilla and chocolate soft-serve ice cream is the foundation for this chain's popular sundaes, banana splits, peanut butter parfaits, milkshakes and chocolate-dipped Dilly Bars and cones. Blizzards made with such candies as M&M's, chopped up Butterfingers or Reese's Cups are a well-loved favorite.
