Nice place to spend some of the winter.. We have stayed here 3 times now in our 40' Endeavor RV. The owners live onsite and are awesome. They have always come our and met us as we pulled in. They help us not only get into our site, but hooked up and settled too. This is primarily a snowbird park and every guests we have met has been super nice. We dropped by to say "HI" while passing through the area last the summer and it looked totally different, with only one guests. The owners said that was a good thing because they wanted to be a snowbird RV park and not a trailer park. We have a small Yorkie, and there is a great area up front with grass for her. This year the owners told us they made a point of planting stainless grass so our little one would not end up with green paws. They don't have the amenities the large resorts around them do, but their price reflects it, and I prefer not to pay a lot more so someone else can have a bingo hall. As their website says, we would rather save the money to spend on stuff we want to do. They are such nice people. We will be back every time we are in the area.
