WORST COLOR JOB EVER!!!!!!!!!

I explicitly told my stylist that I did NOT want the chunky look, instead I wanted the blended natural sun-kissed look. I came away with chunks ALL over! The manager came over and said the chunks were "in" and that I looked great. The manager and the stylist were more concerned that they liked my hair and less worried that I had to live with it. I did go back 2 weeks later to have it "fixed" and it went very brassy! NEVER again will I go back!
- Pros: They could fit me in anytime.
- Cons: No wonder their schedule was open- nobody can do color!

Best Salon Ever!!

I have been to this salon for two and half years. The staff is very professional and welcoming to their clients. My hairstylist is Lisa and she was very attentive to my needs and listened to the concerns that I have with my hair. XS Salon and Spa is a one stop oasis for all your beauty needs including hair coloring and styling, massage, facials, manicures, and pedicures. I highly recommend making your next appointment at this salon.
