Go SEE Alexandra!. I was looking for a new stylist because mine had just had a baby and would no longer be doing hair. I was asking one of my girlfriends who she saw because her color always looks fresh and the style always looks clean.

She told me to check out her stylist on Facebook because she has a group called "Hair by Alexandra". I messaged Alexandra on her Facebook and she surprised me because she said to check out HER salon website. (www,myXSsalon,com) I knew she was good just by looking at her before and after pictures on her website and by looking at my friend's hair.

I left the salon feeling confident and fresh. Alexandra made me feel very relaxed through the whole service. I left with an amazing cut and color and I can't wait until my next service!

Go see Alysha. Great stylist. She is such a perfectionist and will make sure you leave the salon looking great. Go see her!!!!!

Get the best color.. I'm a hairdresser so I'm extremely picky. I'll tell you straight forth I don't go to anyone other than Brook Dunning at this salon. She's a certified Redken Colorist which isn't one of the lines they carry at this salon but it shows a level of experience and talent in the industry. I've been seeing Brook for 6 years, so I'm not exaggerating when I tell you she's really good. The salon's beautiful. Personally I couldn't really care about what some of the other reviews mention because I know the inner workings of a business and I'm happy with the way my hairdresser takes care of me. I go there to relax, get my hair done and leave happy every time. If you're looking for a good cut/color for a really reasonable price than check her out. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Horrible Color and No Customer Loyalty. After using the same salon owner/stylist (Sayoko) for 5 years I had a Jr. stylist (Alex) do my cut and color. She left me with chunky color, horrible hot-spots, and barely trimmed the hair. I came in for a re-do and the salon agreed the hair treatment was awful, but then they charged me $30 for the re-do because she said they didn't charge me enough the first time. To make things worse, the hot spots and brassy chunks came back after a few washings. So after $130 and 5 hours in their salon my hair looks like my 1st grader colored it. I am finding a new stylist.

Great stylist at XS Salon and Spa. Come see Brook Dunning at Xs Salon and Spa and she will take great care of you. She's professional and works hard on delivering exactly what the client wants.

WORST COLOR JOB EVER!!!!!!!!!. I explicitly told my stylist that I did NOT want the chunky look, instead I wanted the blended natural sun-kissed look. I came away with chunks ALL over! The manager came over and said the chunks were "in" and that I looked great. The manager and the stylist were more concerned that they liked my hair and less worried that I had to live with it. I did go back 2 weeks later to have it "fixed" and it went very brassy! NEVER again will I go back!

Best Salon Ever!!. I have been to this salon for two and half years. The staff is very professional and welcoming to their clients. My hairstylist is Lisa and she was very attentive to my needs and listened to the concerns that I have with my hair. XS Salon and Spa is a one stop oasis for all your beauty needs including hair coloring and styling, massage, facials, manicures, and pedicures. I highly recommend making your next appointment at this salon.

Bad customer service. Do not buy gift certificates here. My husband bought a $250 gift certificate there. I used all but $77 of it and was told by the front desk person that even though there is an expiration date, they really dont expire. I was told today that they would not honor the remaining balance because it expired and now I am out that $77. Please do not spend your money here, there are better businesses out there that want to keep their customers!

Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!. I have gone to this salon a handful of times each time hoping for a better more inviting experience. I have had spa services in which I feel very rushed and the nail services are anything but relaxing. It felt as if I was in highschool listening to grown women complain about all the employees and even previous clients. Very uncomfortable. The front desk is probably the most unpleasant to speak to let alone look at. You would think being the first impression of a salon you would be cosmetically done up. Not in this case. They are very unprofessional and could care less about pleasing clients. Pretty decor but all in all very disappointing.

Horrible customer service. Worst place ever. Their customer service was horrible. When I checked out the front desk were very rude and dismissive.
