AVOID DESERT SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION

BE VERY AWARE WHEN BANKING WITH DESERTS SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. I recently obtained a car loan from Desert Schools Federal Credit Union (DSFCU) and then immediately paid it off, however the loan officer never received the power of attorney from the seller therefore I have paid for a vehicle that is not legally in my name. DSFCU has had two months to resolve this issue and still am not able to transfer the title. They never attempted to contact me regarding this issue instead they have allowed this to persist for multiple months. At this time I have paid $10000 for a car without receiving the title from DSFCU. This also means that I am not able to register the vehicle or obtain plates, therefore I am not able to drive the car legally. I have made many attempts to contact the loan officer to treat this manner without any response. This is only one of multiple issues I have had with this bank, therefore I suggest that NOBODY banks with DSFCU. Please help me spread the bad work about this horrible bank so that nobody has to go through the same problems I have been through. THE WORST BANK EVER ENCOUNTERED.
