IF shopping ONLINE look elsewhere. This may be a great store if you can WALK in and pick up purchases. I placed order and they received payment on Oct. 28 for a party Nov. 17 and to date I have not received my order. It's 3 days before the party and I'm getting nervous. This phone number has two addresses in Mesa. There is NO WAY to CONTACT the business. Even their "contact us" on their website will not work. No one answers this phone and the 800 number has been disconnected. Luckily I paid through PayPal and have requested they contact seller on my behalf.

Pretty Party Place. Great website and a lot of different items to choose from at reasonable prices. Make sure you order early in case the wrong product comes. Our order arrived incorrect and we were unable to contact the company. The phone number just rings for about two minutes before disconnecting and and the email I sent has not been answered. We will make the product we got work though. All in all, good products but dont expect to be able to contact the company.
