Build a seriously hefty hamburger at this fast food joint with a diner-like atmosphere.. In Short
Red-shirted, black-bibbed attendants serve grilled burgers made from freshly ground beef, turkey, salmon, and even ostrich sandwiched by buns that are baked in-house daily. Hungry patrons gussy up the meat at a condiment bar stocked with lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos and a variety of sauces, then take a seat at tables topped with a black-and-white checkered tablecloths. Sides of cole slaw, baked beans and wedge-shaped fries complete the picture.

If Burgers are your game.... Then try the game burger. I had the 1/3lb Ostrich burger & fries. Ostrich is one of the lowest fat red meats you can find. I didn't know if it would taste like a typical beef burger when I ordered it. I wasn't disappointed by its surprisingly tasty, yet noticeably lean, flavor. The burger was juicy and tender but wasn't dripping down your chin like a comparable beef burger. I put some jalapeno cheese, lettuce & salsa on half of the burger because it sounded good... and I needed a little fat to balence out the meal ;-}

It is a a gourmet burger and its price reflects this. It isn't rediculously high, but it isn't cheap either.

I will order this again and recommend you to try it.
