Love this place!. China Palace has always been in the same area that I have lived in. I know my family and I have eaten there many times before while I was growing up, but I just couldn’t remember what their food was like. That being said, I just knew that I had to try it and make an attempt to refresh my memory.



The hostess was very friendly and polite. Seating my friend and I, didn’t take much time at all, since the place wasn’t overly crowded. We got a nice booth with a small bowl of wongton chips and a side of sweet and sour sauce, putting the food off to a great start. Since not many people filled up the tables around us, the restaurant was very quiet and calming. In addition, the music and the appearance of the place played its role of setting a relaxing atmosphere. When our waitress came, in a timely manner, she showed us friendliness and courteous behavior. She was attentive in making sure we were enjoying our time and service.

When I ordered my inexpensive meal, I got the combination dinner. This included an egg roll, brown rice, a cream cheese puff, and sweet and sour chicken. All together the food tasted very fresh and well done. It was also very filling, and it left me with extras to take home. After eating dinner at China Palace, I am excited to find out what the other meals will taste like. If you are looking for a friendly and casual place with good priced food, I recommend giving China Palace a try.

China Palace is Shady. Horrible Customer Service! Beware. I placed an order with a coupon and was given a price. I received a call back a couple of minutes later with a new amount stating I couldn't use the coupon. I added more food to the order to qualify for the coupon. She kept changing the price and clearly didn't know what she was doing. The math didn't add up. Then when my husband went to pick up the food the price was $3 more than what I was last told on the phone. They said they'd forgotten to add tax. So really we would have qualified for the coupon without adding extra food. I feel like they intentionally pull this to get a bigger order. They didn't care at all about customer service or making the situation right. I will not be ordering from China Palace again.

Super friendly service and food is very good!. Since moving to AZ, we have been searching for good Chinese cuisine. And after trying some "ok" places, I think I may have found what we were looking for. China Palace is surprisingly good. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly woman who took my rather complicated order without batting an eye. And since we were trying the place out, I over-ordered, of course. But the food that I did order is amazing. I requested white meat only for the Sweet & Sour Chicken and it truly is white meat. Not parts white meat but chunky pieces of chicken breast. And it's tasty too!

Give them a try. They won me over with a friendly attitude, good food and fast service.
