Disappointed!. I recently had my hair cut and colored for the first time at Tantrum's and was very disappointed. I waited for my stylist for 15-20 minutes without being offered a beverage or magazine. Not welcoming! I was given a "master" stylist and was not aware that the pricing was going to be different than what was advertised on their website. I had major sticker shock! I have had my hair highlighted for many years and have never been asked to sort the foils and hand them to the stylist. I come to a salon to be pampered NOT to be the assistant. Plus, paying for that opportunity! When I called the salon to voice my complaints, the receptionist did not have time to talk due to other calls coming in and took my phone number for a manager to call. I have never rec'd a return phone call and will NOT be going to Tantrum in the future.

Best haircut & color in town!. I've been going to Tantrum for 12 years and have never had a bad experience. Beth Jarman does wonderful work. I have naturally curly hair and she manages to make it straight and beautiful every time. Anyone who has curly hair knows this is no easy task! I also get highlights and they always look fabulous. Beth stays up to date on the newest styles and my hair has changed to several different looks over the years. They also have a very nice salon, with many products and are always very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this salon!
