Be careful when u go n with alot of clothes, before they even make you an offer, your clothes will be tagged & disappear, so u dont know exactly what your getting for what, pretty shady..

Very friendly. Vanessa is such a friendly person. It sounds like these negative reviews are competitors because I didn't have any problem dealing with the staff here. I feel like I was given a reasonable price for my old stuff. I will be back when I clean the rest of my closet out. Thank you!

very rude. I always love shopping here because they have the best deals, but today i felt very offended. I came in and was trying to sell two items. I asked the lady how long of a wait it is and she said and hour and a half to two hours. i said oh man really? so i said i would come back a different day. I guess then the lady thought i left but i reallly didnt and i was looking at jewelry. I then heard her go over to this lady and say " i really hate when people go oh really that long, when i tell them how long the wait is. Its like didn't you hear me im not lying to you, are you stupid?'' After today i think im just going to stick with buying and selling at platos closet.

confused. ive been a customer of Name Brand Exchange for many mannny yrs now. & even known by name now :p i frequent the Val Vista location most. but overall great clothes/deals.and honestly am dumbfounded by the rumors and badmouthing I'm reading here.

and from just shopping and selling, i gather that these girls all require tough skin to work at a place like this. ive watched numerous of disgruntled customers treating these girls so badly all on account that they didnt purchase their outdated walmart, discounted, stained up clothes or what have you.

almost all of these bad reviews are because their clothes were not purchased,.is that not a Coincidence? they are running a business and can only assume they cant buy from every single person that walks through the door with loads and loads of trash bags in their hands. and if they did itd make it harder for us to sift through all the junk just to find the good stuff. i could go to goodwill if i wanted to do that.

about the attitudes: how about try this... smile and maybe youll get a smile back. respect and common courtesy goes both ways, shouldnt matter who's on the clock or not. if it does matter, please give me your workplace and i'll be sure to give you a hard time just for the hell of it :]

VERY UNFRIENDLY STAFF. This store has GREAT deals on clothes. But the attitude of the girls that work there IS HORRIBLE..I was in the dressing room and HEARD THEM TALKING laughing and making mean jokes about me while I was in there. They need to be cautious of what they say infront of their customers. They also hardly take any clothes when you try to sell your items there.

Friendly service. If your going to a Name Brand Exchange the one on Dobson should be frist on your list. The ladys are super friendly and very helpful. If you have questions or may be need something out of a case you want get any eye rolling unlike the girl on Southren Ave. They always give service with a smile and that may seem small but a smile goes along way.
