In Short – How does a sports bar separate itself from the pack? The owners of this Mesa watering hole decided to do everything bigger, if not better. Start with 70 television sets (including eight big screens), a large menu and a surplus of pool tables and dart boards. There's also Golden Tee Four and NTN trivia. The menu is a long list of pub grub favorites, including lighter fare for those watching their waistlines. Stay in step with the Irish theme and order the corned beef and cabbage with boiled potatoes.
Find another Steeler's bar

I walked in for the preseason game vs. the Bills. The room that is always the Steeler's room is off-limits for fight night. That's fine, but the part of the bar they are sticking Steeler fans is full of fantasy football geeks and their computers = nowhere to sit. So I wander around on my own and find a TV that has the game on it. No sound, but I'm good as long as I can see the game. 10 minutes later, so guy and his computer gets sat near me and they switch on the giants game for him and turn the sound way up. Now I have to listen to that game while watching my game on mute. 10 minutes after that, here come the Cowboy fans and they get put immediately to my left and the TV gets turned to their game and, waddya know, the sound gets turned way up. So, I either stay and try to watch my game while I get a HA from two other games, go make friends with some unknown and his fantasy friends, or leave. I left. Guess I get to find a new place to watch Sunday's games.
- Cons: They forgot that they are a Steeler's bar
Great Food, Good Deals on Beer, and Nice Waitresses
by korinnek at Citysearch
I have been here repeatedly at random times during the day. Had one bad experience but the min I let the manager know they fixed it right away. I love the beer and the hambugers. The Guiness Roast is the best dinner. I would and do recommend this resturant to everybody.
- Pros: Service, Food, Beer
- Cons: Snowbird Season
Bad Irish Experience.
by tomcschultz at Citysearch
It might be the only place that calls itself an Irish bar in Mesa. The only two experiences I have had there are bad.
They servers and security were rude. We were overcharged for drinks and food, and when we complained they asked us to leave. I have tried a few times to contact the owner but he has been unresponsive. Don't go.
- Pros: Lots of screens to watch games on
- Cons: Service was very dissapointing
