We would highly recommend the guys at Desert Autoplex. We had a pleasant experience in buying our Gulf stream and since we are from California, we had to rely on the them to provide accurate information. We found them to be very truthful and forthcoming on everything! Great job guys :)

Thrilled. I recently purchased a 2009 Toyota Prius for my daughter from Desert Autoplex. I worked with Lorenda and it was a pleasure doing business with her. Everyone was courteous, friendly and helpful. There was no pressure and I liked how they let me test drive the car alone without any selling during the drive. I took it to a Toyota dealer for a pre-purchase inspection and Desert Autoplex took care of a few minor items before the purchase. They were also very flexible in meeting me at my credit union to make the final transaction. It was a fair price and my daughter is thrilled with the car!

I would definitely do business with them again. This is the first time I've made a purchase from an independent car dealer. I was a little hesitant at first but they made the whole experience easy. I would definitely do business with them again

Pleased. We purchased a used car here a year ago and were extremely pleased! At first, we were a little skeptical because it's a small used car lot, but we were dealt with very honestly by the salesperson and manager. The car was in fantastic shape, but just to be sure, they let us take it to our mechanic. They said we could take the car on our own, and be gone as long as we needed. Our mechanic was very impressed by the quality of the vehicle and the price. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. It was a very pleasant experience!

Worst Customer Service Experience!. This dealership has the worst customer service, is not organized. I purchased a boat from them in February. 5 months later, and I am still having trouble getting my registration with the Department of Motor Vehicle because Desert Autoplex failed to fill out the title correctly. You'd think a business that has been selling for years would know how to fill out a title correctly by now. Every time we called Desert Autoplex, we were given the run around, never got a straight answer. Even when it came to dealing with the manager, who was just as rude as the rest of the employees who answered our calls. No one knew how to answer our questions or get us the help we needed. Terrible! Will never recommend them, nor buy from them again!
