I bough a Jetta 2 years ago. They day I
got the car i was there for like 6 hours no big deal but everything takes them for ever. I went back 3 days late from the purchase and even do the whole transaction was not finish jet they refuse to stop it and exchange my vehicle, instead they wanted me to trade in for 150000 when i ought it used from them for 230000 3 days before. Frustrate it afterwords I had to keep the car. That day they where super rude and did not want to help me at old very frustrating. I went back few weeks ago to get my refund for my gap and a bunch of stuff they sold me that i did not needed as the advise for my new dealer when I recently make a purchase. Again they where extremely rude and i have to wait for the finance guy for like an hour or so. I call few days ago to check the status of the refund. The lady in the front desk is immature, rude and does not know what she is doing. I wonder why the owner has her on the phone and as the first face of his company, if they ever close down i will know why. If you want a car shop around and never buy here. There first face looks good but if you need anything after they wont help you and if they do will be at a expensive price and in a very rude manner. I know at least the people I know wont be buying cars there.
